Scott, I purchase a second hand belt in great condition
here in the states from a salvage shop. They cost $200 dollars
new here and I got it for $100. The salvage shops interconnect
with each other across the country so when someone needs a part
they don't have they put the word out to see if another salvage
yard has it. I still havn't put the new one on and
I have 34K on my bike. How many miles do have on your
savage? Bruce is right, those belts should last a
while. One dealer told me he does not even stock belts for
the Savage because no one ever needs one.
